All Mindful Supplies orders are processed and shipped UPS from Overland Park, KS. NOTE: orders are received in our system and shipped same day as long as it is in by 4:00pm CST and everything is in stock. We do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Because we ship UPS we CAN NOT SHIP TO A PO BOX.Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. We currently do not ship outside of the US. Got your back even if they mess up
I ordered a replacement cartridge for my PostBase Mini (almost 50% less than if ordering direct from FP! FP=$116, MS.com=$63!!) and when I put in the order I had used a PO Box. In less than an hour of placing my order I had a nice call from a lady telling me that we needed to use a physical address because they did not ship to PO Boxes. No prob - she took it over the phone and got the package out that day. It was shipped UPS ground and I got it in about 4 days. When I tried to use the cartridge it was giving me an error so I message the customer care email and again less than an hour later the same lady called me and said "Sorry it took me a bit to answer your message - sounds like we boo boo'd and sent you the one for the regular not the mini -- the numbers on the box are VERY similar. I'll get the right one out to you right away and a label to return the wrong one with." This time she shipped it over night - free of charge and I returned the wrong one - free of charge.
