Returns
Our policy is if you are not 100% satisfied then we will refund you!
To be eligible for a return, you must send back all items.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping:
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4616 Tomahawk Road, Prairie Village, KS 66208
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you ordered the wrong product or you didn't realize the product was compatible. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.
***Restrictions for Undamaged Merchandise***
- Undamaged merchandise must have been purchased within the previous 30 days and be returned in a resellable condition. The packaging itself must not be damaged, marked, written on, or altered. The product must be securely packaged and insured by the carrier. A tracking number must also be provided. The customer is responsible for shipping the returned product and a refund may be at the seller's discretion if not returned in resellable condition.
- If you've purchased 3 (three) or more items of the same product, it is to mindfulpostage.com discretion to charge a 25% restocking fee upon refund
- Our warranty only covers the purchaser/buyer as the end-user, if you are a reseller our warranty is voided automatically and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee upon refund request
