We warrant that our ink cartridges are suitable for use in the intended models of postage meters and are free of defects that could cause damage to the mail machine. Should it be shown that a mail machine is damaged due to the use of a Mindful Supplies product, Mindful Supplies will pay reasonable and customary charges for the repair of your machine. The warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Mindful Supplies with satisfactory evidence that the machine damage was due to the defect in the Mindful Supplies ink cartridge, including a statement on the service company’s letterhead dated and signed by the company’s service manager.
Mindful Supplies liability shall be limited to the replacement or Mindful Supplies reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
