Mindful Supplies guarantees your satisfaction with every product we sell from one year date of purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied return the product with a full refund.
Mindful Supplies, warrants that our ink cartridges are suitable for use in the intended models of postage meters and are free of defects that could cause damage to the mail machine. Should it be shown that a mail machine is damaged due to the use of a Mindful Supplies product, Mindful Supplies will pay reasonable and customary charges for the repair of your machine. The warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Mindful Supplies with satisfactory evidence that the machine damage was due to the defect in the Mindful Supplies ink cartridge, including a statement on the service company’s letterhead dated and signed by the company’s service manager.
Mindful Supplies liability shall be limited to the replacement or Mindful Supplies reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
***Restrictions for Undamaged Merchandise***
*Undamaged merchandise must have been purchased within the previous 30 days and be returned in a resellable condition. The packaging itself must not be damaged, marked, written on or altered. Product must be securely packaged and insured with carrier. A tracking number must also be provided. Customer is responsible for shipping of the returned product and refund may be at sellers discretion if not returned in resellable condition.
**If you've purchased 3 (three) or more items of the same product, it is to Mindful Supplies' discretion to charge a 25% restocking fee upon refund
***Our warranty only covers the purchaser/buyer as the end user, if you are a reseller our warranty is voided automatically and you will be charged 25% restocking fee in case of refund request
